Make it Monday at All That Scraps.

It's my turn for Make it Monday at All That Scraps. This time I used the brand new October dies and stamps that are available in store HERE. 

Cut the ribbon and the bells twice from the same Design paper of choice

  

Ink all the edges of the ribbon parts. Take the the two similar ribbon ends.. On one end you start to slightly emboss on the back side of the paper. This way you get a little bit curved ribbon part.

 Cut the Foam squares or little glue dots and place them on the underpart of the ribbon. On the ends and in between add a little glue from the little glue pen.  Add the top layer onto the bottom and press onto the glue parts and the foam blocks.

Repeat these steps with every part of the ribbon.

  

Do the same thing with the bells that you’ve cut out.

  

Take a white piece of cardstock and cut and fold it to the desired card size.

Use your choice of 3 colors of Distress inks in the same color range. Start with the lightest color to color the front of the card.. then use the middle tone to add a little more to the edges of the card and the darkest tone for the true edges of the card.

   

  It will look like this.

 I took the brand new October stamp Joy Music  and stamped it at the right bottom of the card.. leaving a part out of it. 

 I adjusted the ribbon and the bells with the twinery to the left upper corner of the stamped image.

I used the text Joy to the world from the New October stamps Scripted Greetings and Fanciful Christmas Text Stamps.

Finally I used a white Opaque pen to bring light details on the ribbon, bells and the stamped texts.

I used a white Liqued Pearl Pen and added the pearl drops to the corners.

  

This is the end result… You can add details inside the card to give it an extra finishing touch.
