Today at the Blog of Shelly's Images the image of Santa is in the spotlight!

This fantastic and real live image was a big pleasure to color and work with.

Marvelous Monday at Shelly's Images!

Today there is another monday... And it's october already...

I think I missed September completly... really...

That is why I decided to use this sentiment on this card.

I colored these lovely pumpkins with Copic Markers.

I airbrushed the mat of the photo and the mat of the sentiment.

The sentiment paper is airbrushed as well.

The paper on the right is glossy photo paper wich I "stamped" with Various Ink.

The little leaves are cut with my silhouette and airbrushed in their color.

I love this nature image. It is Pumpkin time again. In front of many houses there are pumpkins in all sizes and colors. I love to see that. For me that means that Autumn has began.

Have a Witchy Marvelous Monday!

Here's another monday... 

Days a flying by. I'm running around preparing things... go to the hospital and make cards for the blogs. And suddenly I realize that the evenings are there early... and that we are approching October already. Before you know it Halloween and thanksgiving are close by!

I'm so glad that Shelly's Images has her Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas images ready to work with. That keeps me on track with the hectic days.

Today we would love to put a spotlight on this wonderful and sweet image that is called:

Now is this little girl sweet or what? I had a great time coloring her...

but was in trouble cause we don't have halloween papers over here in The Netherlands.

I am so lucky that I have an Airbrush on loan so I could make my own background papers.

Another monday is here and the end of the summer vacation is approching quickly.

So this week I will not think of that and have a week of relaxing,

Shelly's Images!

Today I have the honor to host an new challenge at Shelly's Images 

This challenge is an anything goes with a celebration

The coming weeks for my family and friends is filled with birthday's and other celebrations.

Last night we had the graduation of my DS and that was such a great thing to be there.

I'm so proud and it's the end of a part of his life and he will start to make his first steps in college and internships... a new beginning.

So I made this challenge to be all about celebrations. From a new house, a new baby, a birthday, a graduation, a wedding or anything that just can be a celebration.

The card I made is a request from a friend. Her Aunt is going to be 80 years old and she lives in Friesland. That is a region in the top of my country. And each region over here has it's own flag.

So i choose the Flag Girl from Shelly's Images with the blank flag (that can be sent to you on request) and added the Friese Flag to it.

Shopping Time with Tricia

When spring comes I always have the urge to get me some new summer outfit. And since I have an almost 19 year old DD we both have that same feeling.

And this lovely image, Tricia Shops from Shelly's Images is a great example of us in and out stores looking and fitting new clothes and showing each other the outfits we like.

So it's almost 4th of July

And I know that you have a great day with parade's and fun stuff to do with the family. So it must be time to make some invited to family and friends to come over and celebrate this day of freedom together.

What a week

What a week it has been

It was a week in wich I had to live without my computar for a few days. And let me tell you, I know I was hooke on my putar... but that I had an addiction with was really new to me.

Wow... I barely survived it... :-)

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday Challenge

So after closing last week's TTT it's time to start the new one. You all made wonderful cards. I love to see the variety of work that you all make. This week it will be a challenge called:

Anything goes other than a square or retangle card.

So it can be that lovely milk pack from the tutorial that was HERE last tuesday, it can be a sack, a tag, a bookmark, a doorhanger... anything as long as it isn't a square or retangled card.

I decided to make a little gift bag and play a little more with the line and the bait and hook. I added a little feathers on it... and the line is hanging down in front of the fish. Some loose sequins are the splashes of water around the jumping fish and the sequins below the fish is the waterline. You can also see a little hint in my project of the coming freebie for tomorrows Fabulous Freebie Friday. Be sure to come by tomorrow to get your freebies.

Well and you can add any label to it... I choose a sentiment from the Freebie text made by Min last time.
