Never Never Never....

Never Never Never.... Give up!!

This is the sentence that is the new theme at
Wort Art Wednesday challenge.
I love working in my Art Journal... and then add a challenge with the words giving at this blog. It gives another dimension to my Art Journal.

This time the words are from Winston Churchill... God knows how these words apply for my life... I struggle and survive... because... I never, never, never Give Up!
While writing this my thoughts and prayers are with my dear friend Angrè, who is currently fitting hard against  cancer....so I pray she will never, never, never give up!

I let my thoughts run on how to use these words in a playfull way and I thought that the stamps from
Art Journey Chess would go great with these words.... and I played....

Hope you like what I made again..... and got inspired to make an Art Journal for yourself.

I add this page to the challenge of Word Art Wednesday

Art Journal

Hi there....

Today I would like to share my Art Journal that I made.....

I was working on the background and lost myself completly in doing so.... and when done... my idea for the finishing wasn't possible anymore.... I wondered what to do... and then just added these letters to it and the embellies.

* I teared scrapbook paper (with photgraphy text on it) and added it to the journal with Servage.
* Then added water to the gesso and added a little cover over the papers.
* Then lost myself in playing with stamps
* dipped the back of a acryl paint bottle in the paint and make circles with it on the papers.
*The words are Grungeboard that I embossed with Wow Black Twinkle embossingpowders
*The flowers and birdcage are cut out with several dies and made from Shrinky Dinky and shrinked in my melting pot with thick embossing powder and then colored with copic marker ink.... heated with the heatgun and added some gold dlitter in the center.
*The leaves are dipped in the thick embossingpowder in the melting pot as well and colored with inks...

My idea for the bird on it was nog possible... it was way to much for this journal.. so it's waiting for his turn another time...

I add this Art Journal to the challenge at Word Art Wednesday
and you can join the fun at  ARTSpecially Friends
