The love sentiment is from CC Design Party Time sentiments
The balloons are cut out the papers from The Scrapcake: Spring garden.
And then there is Piper's Suprise!!! She is just popping out the present to give you all a huge birthday hug!

The round Text is from CC Designs Party time logo's and cut out with CC Cutters Circle Logo cutter die
The little candle's at the bottom are cut out with CC cutters Candle border die and some gold stickles on the flames
Little pearls and drops of stickles bronze to make the finishing touches.
