Sketch #14 at CCWS

Time for a new sketch challenge at Christmas Challenges with Sketches! This week it's Wilma who made a daring sketch for you girls! It was fun to play with so many layers and colors. I was working completly outside my comfertzone with the papers that I used!!  And with all the busy work for the upcoming training I didn't find a good mojo and feeling while making this card. So it's not the way you are used from me... but I hope you forgive me....

Christmas in Style

When I look outside the world is completly closed by the huge mist. It's almost a week that it's hanging here... looking out my window.. there is no world... no birds that give a little tweet... nothing..

When going outside it's cold, wet and chilly... all the more reason to stay inside and craft and have some fun with stamps and ink again!

My assistance Dog Sjors

Well... I think I wrote a hundred times here that time flies!!! And somehow.. it just does.... giggle.

I'm preparing for my week of training with the assistance dog that I'm going to get after that week.

Here is a sneak peak of Sjors.

It's a big pleasure now to know that I will have such a handsome guy at home helping me out with all kind of stuff that I almost can't do myself. Can you believe that he is considering it playing? Amazing what!!!

It took me some time to get used to the fact that I'm going to get a dog.. need to study a lot before I go for training... and when he comes home with me.. I still need to learn a lot.. and he too...

But for now... I'm excited and happy....

I know that I've been a bit quiet lately.. but that is going to change again. There was so much going on here... and on top of that I got the flu!!! Yuk... but I'm back!!! (with a ton of tissues)

Einde Hobbystempels

Wel pot vol blommen!!!

Excuus voor de de woorden hierboven.... maar wat een vreselijk bericht is er vandaag de lucht in gegaan!!!

Ik ben vanmorgen gebeld door Marga van Hobbystempels... en inmiddels is ook de nieuwsbrief rondgestuurd...

Na veel overwegingen hebben Marga en John besloten de stekker uit de webwinkel Hobbystempels te trekken. En dat vind ik zo erg. Ze hebben een kleine webwinkel met een berg grote diversiteit aan  mooie stempels!!!

Wat balen dat dit nu moet gebeuren... twee mensen met zoveel hart en ziel in hun webwinkel....

Ik zal het samenwerken met hun, als design team lid, maar vooral met hun als mens en vrienden heel erg gaan missen.

Op dit moment is er een hele grote LEEG VERKOOP begonnen in de webwinkel van

ArtJourney challenge #15 Nature

Hiya ladies..... It's been so hectic last weeks... and all things come together... good and less good news and things.... but that is another story to tell.... today I want to show you a card that I want to enter to a special challenge at ArtJourney blog! 

I was so inspired that I just had to get my (new) gear and start making this tag to join the fun over there.. The theme is Nature... and the Design Team made such a beautiful and creative cards... amazing stuff!

After seeing at the KreaDoe and in the ARTSpecially Magazine #13 the beautiful technique with Teykol.. I decided to give that a try!The afternoon sunlight made me choose these colors... and the last rose at the bush at the other side of the street inspired me to give this tag her name...

Second preview day on new stamps by All That Scraps.

I know... it's just the beginning of November... but I remember what a rush it was these last two months of the year... needed some extra cards and didn't had them ready! Well I can tell you.. it ain't gonna happen to me this year! LOL... I have plenty ready... but then Christine from All That Scraps made some brand new ones again... so I gave myself the excuse to make more Christmas Cards (so I'm sure I'm not without this year!And they are sooooo cute and fun! 
Here is another preview with one of the fantastic stamps that will be in store from November 4th! This is C.C. Design Through the Night and I decided to make a gift package with her. The fun thing is that after the inside is all eaten.. you can add a little electric flame in it and it will be a decoration for you home!

Preview All That Scraps Day 1

Here we go again... I tell you it's raining new stamps again  at All That Scraps. Being in the Design Team gives me the luxury to be able to play even before they are in store... so you girls have to be patient and get them from November 4th in store Here.  Today I'm showing you the Pillow Pocket that I made on a craft day with friends! I added the brand new Snowball Laugh to it!  She is a little naughty hiding the snowball behind her back!!! And yes... if you don't watch it.. you're gonna get it from her!!!
